We are seeking an experienced US IT & Non-IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for USA-based clients. The recruiter will source, screen, interview, negotiate offers, coordinate onboarding, and maintain robust relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US IT & Non-IT positions.
Source candidates through ATS, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
Conduct HR screening interviews and coordinate client interviews.
Understand W-2, C2C, 1099, Contract, Contract-to-Hire, and Full-Time hiring.
Possess knowledge of US work authorization and basic understanding of 401(k) and employee benefits.
Coordinate onboarding, documentation, and candidate follow-up.
Maintain recruitment trackers, ATS records, and reports.
Required Skills
2-5+ years of experience in US Staffing or US Recruitment.
Excellent English communication skills.
Strong sourcing, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
Ability to work independently during US business hours.
