We are looking for a Business Manager – Marketing Automation with solid hands-on experience in CRM, campaign execution and customer lifecycle management. The candidate should be able to independently manage campaigns, analyse performance and work with internal and client teams to drive engagement and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Independently manage end-to-end marketing automation/CRM campaigns across email, SMS, WhatsApp, push and other relevant channels.
Own campaign setup, audience/segment creation, content and creative coordination, QA and deployment as per campaign calendars.
Build and manage customer segments, journeys, workflows and triggers based on campaign objectives and customer behaviour.
Monitor campaign performance and proactively identify opportunities to improve engagement, conversion and customer journeys.
Analyse campaign data and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports, dashboards and performance insights.
Work with Growth Managers and clients to translate business objectives into effective CRM/automation strategies.
Troubleshoot campaign, audience,



creative, content, tracking and platform-related issues independently.
Ensure strong process adherence with zero-error campaign execution, QA and reporting.
Identify opportunities to leverage platform capabilities, automation, personalisation and lifecycle communication.
Support client reviews, business solutioning, new client implementations and pitches.
Guide and review the work of junior analysts and ensure timely, accurate delivery.

What We’re Looking For

4–5 years of experience in Marketing Automation, CRM, Lifecycle Marketing or Campaign Management.
Hands-on experience with CRM/marketing automation platforms such as CleverTap, MoEngage, WebEngage, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign or similar.
Strong understanding of segmentation, customer journeys, triggers, automation workflows and lifecycle campaigns.
Experience managing campaigns across Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Push Notifica
