Role Description The Director of Sales Marketing is a full-time, in office role based at Merlis Hotels in Coimbatore. This role is responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to increase occupancy, revenue, and brand visibility. Day-to-day activities include leading the sales team, managing corporate and group accounts, building partnerships, and driving business development initiatives. The role oversees marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and online presence,



ensuring alignment with brand standards and market trends. The Director will analyze performance data, prepare sales forecasts, collaborate with operations and front office teams, and maintain strong relationships with guests, travel partners, and corporate clients.
