Senior Technical Architect / Principal Software Engineer

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Technical Architect / Principal Software Engineer with 17+ years of proven expertise in enterprise application development, SaaS-based ERP solutions, and full software development lifecycle management. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing scalable, high-performance applications, leading technical teams, driving architectural decisions, and delivering innovative solutions that align with business objectives.

This role requires deep expertise in Java/J2EE technologies, Spring ecosystem, cloud-native application development, SaaS platforms, database design, DevOps practices, and agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities





Solution Architecture & Design

Design, develop, and implement scalable SaaS-based ERP solutions to meet complex business requirements.
Collaborate directly with business stakeholders and internal customers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Define application architecture, system integration strategies, and technical roadmaps.
Ensure solutions are secure, maintainable, highly available, and performance optimized.

Software Development

Develop enterprise-grade applications using Java/J2EE, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Hibernate, JPA, JDBC, and Servlets.
Build and maintain RESTful APIs and web services using Jersey, SOAP, WSDL, and XML technologies.
Lead feature development, enhancements, and product customization initiatives.
Write high-quality, reusable, and maintainable code adhering to coding standards and best practices.
