Casamentero Consulting is looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our growing team.
We are looking for a strong and experienced recruiter who can take ownership of end-to-end recruitment and help us identify, engage, and close top talent across various requirements.

? Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to offer closure
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms
Screen and assess candidates based on role requirements
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
Coordinate interviews and manage the recruitment process
Engage with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience
Work closely with clients/hiring managers to understand hiring requirements




Meet recruitment timelines and targets

? What We're Looking For:

4-6 years of recruitment experience
Strong experience in sourcing and talent acquisition
Excellent Job Portal, LinkedIn sourcing and networking skills
Solid communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to independently manage multiple requirements
A proactive, target-oriented and go-getter mindset
