Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Jaipur. The Sales Associate will engage with prospective and existing customers, explain solar products and services, and support the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to closing deals. Daily responsibilities include meeting clients in person, conducting product presentations and site visits, preparing proposals and quotations, and maintaining accurate records in sales tracking tools.



The role involves coordinating with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth installation and after-sales support, as well as following up regularly to build strong customer relationships. The Sales Associate is expected to meet defined sales targets, stay informed about industry developments, and represent the company professionally at all times.
Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Solid sales, negotiation, and customer service abilities, including experience handling objections and closing deals.
Basic understanding or keen interest in solar energy solutions, renewable energy markets, or related technical concepts.
Proficiency in using common office software and digital tools for documentation, reporting, and lead management.
Ability to work independently on-site in Jaipur, manage time effectively, and travel locally for client meeting
