Role Description The Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Mohali district. The Sales Executive will engage with potential buyers and sellers, conduct property visits, and provide detailed information on listings, pricing, and market trends. Daily tasks include prospecting new clients, responding to inquiries, maintaining client relationships, and following up on leads through calls, meetings, and site visits. The role involves preparing and presenting proposals,



supporting clients through negotiations, and coordinating documentation with internal and external stakeholders. The Sales Executive will also update sales records, report on activity and targets, and collaborate with the team to meet revenue and growth objectives.
Qualifications
Robust client relationship management skills, including active listening, clear communication, and professional follow-up.
Sales and negotiation abilities, with capacity to handle inquiries, overcome objections, and close property deals ethically.
Basic understanding of real estate processes, property documentation, and local market trends in and around Mohali.
Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple leads, maintain accurate records, and meet sales targets.
Comfort with field work, property visits, and face-to-face interactions in an on-site environment.
