We're hiring a Marketing Manager for an ethnic-wear clothing label (Link). This is a mid-level, full-time role for someone who can own marketing across strategy, content, and growth: from the big idea down to what goes live this week.
Heads up: this is a detailed application, and that is on purpose.

Overview
You will run marketing for the label: shaping the brand's strategy, building the content calendar, conceptualising campaigns and shoots, and driving growth across social and online sales. You will work closely with design, content, and photography, and turn a transparent point of view into content and campaigns that sell.

This is a hands-on role. You should be as comfortable planning a festive campaign as you are deciding what goes live on Instagram on a Tuesday.

Roles & Responsibilities
• Own the marketing strategy and monthly content calendar for the label.





• Conceptualise campaigns, collections drops, shoots, and seasonal / festive pushes.

• Run the brand's social media: direction, formats, and what goes live and when.

• Drive growth across Instagram, and online / marketplace sales.

• Plan and brief photoshoots and creative, and work with designers and content creators.

• Run influencer and collaboration activity that fits the brand.

• Support performance marketing and email / WhatsApp campaigns to drive sales.

• Track what is working across content and sales, and adjust.

Requirements / Qualifications
• Prior marketing experience with a clothing, fashion, or apparel brand is essential.

• Experience across strategy, content calendars, and social media, not just one of them.

• A strong sense of aesthetics and an eye for what looks good and what sells.

• Ability to conceptualise campaigns and brief shoots and creative.
