Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Export Head / International Business Development professional with strong exposure to the Generic Pharmaceutical industry and proven experience in developing business across Africa and Middle East/GCC markets.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and drive international business development and export sales across Africa and Middle East markets.
Identify and develop recent distributors, wholesalers, pharmacy chains and retail pharmacy networks.
Build long-term relationships with pharma distributors, importers and retail pharmacy groups.
Drive market expansion, product launches, revenue growth and achievement of export targets.
Manage key international accounts and negotiate commercial agreements with distributors.
Conduct market analysis covering generic medicines,



pricing, competition and market opportunities.
Work closely with regulatory, supply chain and internal teams for smooth export operations.
Travel internationally for customer meetings, distributor development, exhibitions and market expansion.

Candidate Requirements

10–20 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Export / International Business Development.
Strong experience in Generic Pharma / Generic Medicines.
Mandatory experience in Africa and/or Middle East/GCC pharmaceutical markets.
Strong exposure to retail pharmacies, pharmacy chains, distributors, wholesalers or medicine outlets.
Proven track record in international sales and business development.
Strong distributor/customer network in international markets.
Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
Willingness to travel internationally.
