About Aspire - IITB Research Park Foundation (IITBRPF):
In 2016, the Ministry of Education entrusted IIT Bombay with a pivotal mission: to establish the Research Park within the sprawling campus in Powai, Mumbai. This led to the creation of ASPIRE – the IIT Bombay Research Park Foundation, a non-profit organisation dedicated to catalysing innovation and research with real-world impact.

Job Description:
We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager with 7-8 years of hands-on experience in real estate development, commercial/residential fit-outs, or civil infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will oversee capital projects from initiation through planning, execution, vendor management, and final handover. You will be responsible for keeping projects on schedule, within budget, and compliant with safety, zoning, and quality standards.

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning & Design Management
Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, MEP consultants, and internal stakeholders to define project scopes, specifications, and deliverables.
Develop baseline schedules and track critical path milestones.
Participate in pre-project feasibility studies, site reviews, and spatial/master planning assessments.
2. Construction & Site Execution
