Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive, organized, and client-focused Client Servicing Executive to join our team. The role will involve managing client relationships, understanding requirements, coordinating with internal teams,

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, a solution-oriented mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple client requirements simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Understand client requirements, preferences, expectations, and concerns.
Maintain regular communication with clients through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and meetings.
Ensure a high level of professionalism and responsiveness across all client interactions.
Requirement Understanding & Servicing
Receive and understand client briefs, inquiries, and service requirements.
Convert client requirements into clear and actionable internal briefs.
