Role Description The Business Development Executive Fresher role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru North. The role involves identifying and pursuing recent business opportunities, generating leads through calls, emails, and networking, and supporting the sales pipeline. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with prospective learners and institutional partners, explaining Teknowgrade’s offerings,



and scheduling meetings or demos. The executive will maintain records in CRM tools, assist with account management activities, and collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to improve outreach and conversion strategies. The role also includes preparing basic reports on lead status, market feedback, and competitor activity.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify opportunities and build a strong prospect pipeline.
