Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role based in Aurangabad, with flexibility for some work-from-home. The Social Media Manager & Content Creator will plan, create, and manage content for social media channels to increase brand awareness and engagement.



Responsibilities include developing and executing social media strategies, optimizing posts and campaigns, and maintaining a consistent brand voice across platforms. The role involves writing copy and creating multimedia content, monitoring performance metrics, and adjusting strategies based on insights. The individual will collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.
Qualifications
Strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills, with experience managing multiple platforms and campaigns.
Ability to develop and implement effective Content Strategy aligned with brand and business goals.
Excellent Writing and Communication skills, including explicit, concise copywriting and audience-focused messaging.
Experience with basic design or video tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar) and familiarity with analytics tools for measuring social performance.
