Job Description

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Head with strong experience in the retail pharmacy / online pharmacy / healthcare e-commerce sector to lead and scale the company’s digital business.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the overall E-Commerce and Digital Business strategy.
Drive revenue growth through website, mobile app, marketplaces and online pharmacy channels.
Manage online pharmacy operations, product assortment, pricing, promotions and inventory.
Drive customer acquisition, conversion, retention and repeat purchases.
Manage platforms such as marketplaces, quick-commerce and digital healthcare channels.
Develop and manage performance marketing, SEO, SEM, social media and digital campaigns.
Track key metrics including GMV, revenue, conversion rate, CAC,



ROAS, AOV and customer retention.
Work closely with technology, marketing, pharmacy operations, supply chain and category teams.
Identify new digital channels and opportunities to expand the online retail pharmacy business.
Lead the e-commerce team and manage external technology/marketing partners.

Candidate Requirements

15–18 years of experience in E-Commerce / Digital Business.
Mandatory experience in Retail Pharmacy / Online Pharmacy / Healthcare E-Commerce.
Strong understanding of OTC, prescription medicines, healthcare products and pharmacy categories.
Proven track record of scaling online sales and digital revenue.
Experience managing website/app, marketplaces and digital customer journeys.
Strong analytical, commercial, leadership and stakeholder-management skills.
