Role Description The Inside Sales Executive will work full time on-site at the Odisha, India location, engaging with prospective and existing customers to drive sales of solar solutions. Daily tasks include identifying and qualifying leads, making outbound calls, responding to inquiries, preparing quotations, and maintaining accurate records in the sales pipeline. The role involves coordinating with the engineering and operations teams to understand product offerings, address customer needs,



and support smooth project handovers. The Inside Sales Executive will nurture customer relationships, follow up on proposals, and contribute to meeting sales targets while representing the company’s focus on sustainable energy.
Qualifications
Strong Inside Sales and Sales skills, with the ability to manage a structured sales pipeline and meet defined targets.
Experience in Lead Generation, including prospecting, qualifying opportunities, and following up through calls and emails.
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, handle objections, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Basic understanding or interest in solar energy solutions and sustainable technologies.
Ability to work on-site in Odisha, India and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and standard office software.
Minimum of a diploma or bachelor’s degre
