Strategic and Operational Leadership of the Agricultural Commodity business, covering business development, trading/operations, customer acquisition, P&L;, and team management etc.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and grow the Agri Commodity vertical with overall P&L; responsibility.
Develop and execute business strategies for domestic and international agri- commodity markets.
Drive commodity trading, sourcing, procurement, and sales.
Build strong relationships with producers, traders, exporters, importers, institutional buyers, and key customers.
Identify current commodities, markets, customers, and revenue opportunities.
Manage commodity pricing, margins, market risks, and commercial negotiations.
Oversee end-to-end logistics and supply-chain operations related to commodities.
Ensure compliance with applicable commodity, trade, and regulatory requirements.
Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing Agri Commodity team.
Monitor market trends, crop cycles, demand-supply dynamics, and competitor activity.
Deliver agreed revenue, profitability, and business growth targets to the management.
