We run lean by design. The work is delivered through a network of specialist partners: designers, developers, marketers, activated on project basis. What we hold in-house is the thinking, the relationships, and the standards. You would be the first person inside.

The Role

This is a founder's associate role in the original sense. You work directly with the founder, on the two things that keep a consultancy alive: new business and clean operations.

The centre of the job is BD and ops. The edge of the job is branding. You will sit inside strategy and design conversations from week one. How far you go into that work depends on what you show.
This is not a stay-in-your-lane job. It is also not chaos. It is one person, working closely with a founder, learning how a consultancy actually runs by running it.

What you'll do

Business development
Own the pipeline: research prospects, qualify leads,



track every conversation in Notion
Draft outreach, proposals, and follow-ups. I close; you make sure nothing slips.
Sit in pitches and current-business meetings. Document, follow up, keep the momentum.
Map partner agencies and referral relationships. Keep the network warm.

Operations
Run the calendar, the workflows, and the systems that keep projects moving
Coordinate the partner network: briefs out, work in, deadlines held
Own the contract flow: partner agreements out at the lead stage, SOWs signed at the deal stage, nothing left hanging in between
Coordinate contracts and invoicing with clients, brand partners, and our compliance and accounting partners
Track invoicing, payouts, and project economics
Use AI tools the way we do: daily, and for real work

Assist on brand strategy to begin: research, documentation, contribution inside live sessions
