Roles & Responsibilities
· Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily Scrum meetings, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
· Design, develop, and maintain scalable solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites and Assets.
· Develop and customize AEM components, templates, dialogs, workflows, Sling Models, and OSGi services following Adobe best practices.
· Build and enhance reusable components leveraging AEM Core Components and Editable Templates.
· Configure and manage AEM Assets (DAM), including asset workflows, metadata, tagging, replication, and content lifecycle management.
· Collaborate with business stakeholders, clients, UX designers, QA teams, and developers to understand requirements and deliver high-quality digital experiences.




· Integrate AEM with enterprise applications and third-party systems using REST APIs and standard integration patterns.
· Troubleshoot complex technical issues, optimize application performance, and provide timely resolution for production incidents.
· Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and development best practices.
· Support application deployment, migration, release management, and CI/CD processes across multiple environments.
· Create and maintain technical documentation, solution designs, and implementation guides.
