Role Description The Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The Sales Executive will manage the end-to-end sales cycle for residential and commercial projects, including responding to inquiries, conducting site visits, presenting project features, and guiding potential buyers through pricing, financing options, and booking processes. This role involves maintaining relationships with existing clients, building a pipeline of new prospects,



and coordinating with internal teams such as marketing and project management to ensure timely information and smooth customer experiences. The Sales Executive will prepare sales reports, track conversions, follow up on leads, and support promotional events or campaigns to meet sales targets.
Qualifications
Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and meet or exceed targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse clients and stakeholders.
Basic understanding of real estate markets, property documentation, and residential/commercial project lifecycles.
Proficiency in using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and presentation software for tracking leads and preparing reports.
Ability to work on-site, including weekends or extended hours as required by client schedules and project timelines.
Proactive, goal-oriented mindset with strong organizational and follow-up capabilities.
