What you will do
The Senior Associate, Client Success is accountable for the health and outcomes of assigned Marketing-as-a-Service client relationships, from strategic conversation to daily execution. You lead the relationship end-to-end — chairing weekly client cadence calls, delivering Quarterly Business Reviews, and representing Trilliad directly in executive-level conversations — while guiding the cross-functional delivery workstream that supports your accounts.
