Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales Manager role based in Tirunelveli. The Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, manage key school accounts, and develop new business opportunities in the educational sector. Daily responsibilities include meeting with school decision-makers, presenting uniform solutions, negotiating contracts, and following up on leads and inquiries.



The role also involves setting sales targets, monitoring performance metrics, coordinating with production and design teams to ensure timely delivery, and maintaining accurate sales reports. The Sales Manager will collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience, support marketing initiatives, and represent the brand at school events and presentations.
Qualifications
Strong sales, business development, and account management skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Experience in planning and executing sales strategies, including forecasting, target setting, and performance monitoring.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities, with comfort engaging school leaders and administrators.
