We are looking for an experienced Engagement Manager who combines strong project delivery expertise with strategic account management and client relationship skills. The ideal candidate will have progressed through hands-on delivery roles and developed the ability to become a trusted advisor to senior clients, identify growth opportunities, and take ownership of the overall health and profitability of strategic engagements.
This role is ideal for someone who understands that successful engagement management goes beyond project execution—it involves strengthening client relationships, identifying opportunities for expansion, ensuring delivery excellence, and protecting account profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Account Management
Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, including Directors, VPs, and C-suite leaders.
Act as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts and understand client objectives, challenges,



and future requirements.
Identify opportunities for account expansion, team extensions, recent solutions, scope enhancements, and renewals.
Convert client needs into actionable opportunities, SOWs, and commercial discussions.
Proactively identify account risks and develop strategies to improve retention and long-term client value.
Project & Delivery Oversight
Maintain overall visibility into project milestones, SLAs, quality, budgets, risks, and delivery performance.
Partner with Project Managers and Technical Leads to ensure projects remain on track and delivery issues are addressed proactively.
Review project health and distinguish between genuine delivery progress and emerging risks that require intervention.
Ensure commitments are met and maintain strong delivery standards across engagements.

Monitor account-level margin, utilization, resource allocation, revenue,
