Role Description: The Organisation Psychology & Research Intern is a full-time, hybrid role based in Gurugram, with some flexibility for work-from-home arrangements. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting the design and administration of psychological and organizational assessments, assisting in data collection and analysis, and contributing to research projects on topics such as engagement, motivation, culture, and leadership effectiveness. The intern will help prepare reports, presentations, and evidence-based recommendations for clients, and may participate in client meetings or workshops under supervision. The role also involves literature reviews, documentation of research findings, and collaboration with consultants to translate insights into practical interventions and tools.
