Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves identifying and engaging potential clients, presenting Make it Build’s services, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closing. The specialist will develop and execute marketing initiatives, including online and offline campaigns,



to increase brand visibility and promote key service offerings. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, maintaining client relationships, coordinating with the design and project teams, and preparing sales reports and market insights. The role also includes conducting product and service training for internal teams, participating in events or client meetings, and continuously exploring new opportunities for business growth.
Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients and build long-term relationships.
Proven Sales and Sales Management abilities to drive lead generation, conversion, and revenue growth.
Experience in Training to support internal teams and improve service delivery.
Background in marketing, business development, or construction-related industries is an advantage.
