Key Responsibilities
Support the development and execution of strategic initiatives aligned with the organisation's BFSI-focused objectives.
Build and maintain robust relationships with banks, NBFCs, insurance companies, fintechs, and other financial-services organisations.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders and industry leaders to understand evolving BFSI talent and capability requirements.




Translate industry requirements into actionable programmes, partnerships, and initiatives.
Drive cross-functional projects from planning through execution and ensure timely delivery.
Identify new opportunities for partnerships, business development, industry engagement, and institutional growth.
Conduct market and industry research to identify emerging trends across Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance.
Develop presentations, business proposals, reports, and strategic communication materials for internal and external stakeholders.
Track project performance, outcomes, and key metrics and provide regular updates to leadership.
Work closely with academic, business, operations, marketing, and industry teams to deliver high-quality initiatives.
Support engagement with senior executives, industry experts, and institutional partners.
