Southeast Asia, and the Middle East, and being the counsel the business leans on to move fast without breaking things. If you love contracting, technology law, and data privacy - and want your work to power real deals - this role is built for you.
We are the Perfect match if you have -
Bring 2–4 years of post-qualification experience in commercial and technology law - in-house experience preferred (ideally with a TMT practice).
Hold an LL.B / LL.M from a top-tier institution.
Have real depth in commercial contracting - you’ve vetted, drafted, and negotiated MSAs, NDAs, SaaS agreements, and EULAs, and you know where the risk hides.
Know your way around technology law, data privacy, and TMT (technology, media & telecommunications).
Negotiate and interpret with confidence, and communicate clearly with everyone from Sales to the DPO to external counsel.
Lead with contracting and advisory.
