Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. The role involves identifying and pursuing current business opportunities, managing existing client accounts, and promoting refrigerant solutions aligned with customer needs. The Sales Specialist is responsible to provide product information, and support clients in navigating HVAC-related requirements. Daily responsibilities include preparing sales proposals, maintaining sales reports, collaborating with internal teams to ensure order fulfillment, and delivering consistent,



high-quality customer service. The role also includes participating in training, staying updated on market trends and competitor activities, and contributing to sales strategy and targets.

Qualifications
Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction and effective presentation abilities.
Proven Customer Service experience, with a focus on relationship-building, responsiveness, and client satisfaction.
Demonstrated Sales capabilities, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals in a B2B as well as B2C environment.
Sales Management skills, including pipeline management, forecasting, and working toward defined sales targets.
Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad as well as willing to travel nearby cities, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage time and priorities effectively.
