ExecutionZ Intelligence is an AI-powered business diagnostic built on the 4S Framework: Strategy, Structure, System and Scale. The framework is based on the methodology behind The Rising Business Emperor and 20+ years of advisory work with 45+ businesses across India, USA, UK and Australia.
We help founders understand what is holding their business back from its next goal and give them a focused 90-day roadmap to move forward.
We are about to launch.
The product and technology are already in place. What does not exist yet is the go-to-market engine, and that is what this role is about.

The role, honestly
This is a zero-to-one GTM role.
There is no established sales pipeline, no proven outbound playbook and no guaranteed flow of leads waiting for you.
You will start from scratch.
Your job will be to use AI-powered prospecting and outreach tools to identify the right businesses, build the pipeline, run experiments, follow up consistently, track what happens and help us discover:




Who is most likely to buy ExecutionZ Intelligence
Which message gets their attention
Which segments respond
Which channels work
Where prospects drop off
What objections prevent purchase
What we need to change to improve conversion
You will not be given a fixed list of daily tasks.
Sivakumar will provide the strategic direction and work closely with you, especially during the early stage. You will own the day-to-day GTM execution and be responsible for making sure things actually move forward.
This role will involve experimentation and rejection. Some things will not work. You will be expected to learn quickly, change the approach and try again rather than wait for a new instruction.
