We're hiring a Social Media Manager who understands modern internet culture, viral content, AI tools, and platform growth. This is not a traditional corporate social role — we work on rapid-moving, trendy, high-performance content across multiple platforms.

⚡ Please note: we are not hiring complete freshers. This role requires prior experience managing X or Instagram accounts.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

• Run accounts across Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Research trends, hooks, and viral formats — and turn them into content that actually performs
• Use modern AI workflows (image gen, video gen, prompting, editing) to ship realistic, high-quality creative
• Schedule and manage multiple accounts using standard social tooling
• Support Meta Ads basics alongside organic distribution

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• You understand American English — the jokes, the slang, the references. Your spoken English doesn't need to be fluent; what we need is a deep understanding of American culture, current affairs,



and slang. Many people (especially in India) understand all of this really well without being fluent speakers — and that's okay.
• You're active on X. Strong preference for someone who really knows the platform — how things work there, what's key, and how to get engagement.
• You follow western affairs and have real social media experience. You've managed pages before — you know what works, what doesn't, how to market content, and how hooks work.
• You're enthusiastic about social media and genuinely enjoy growing pages.
• You have good internet sense. You know the vibe — memes, trolling, all of it. Good skills here are a plus.

COMPENSATION

₹20,000- ₹35,000 (Plus incentives)
