The team you will be a part of

The Engineering team discovers, develops and evaluates current product ideas, enhancements, or strategic product extensions,



and translates research discoveries into usable and marketable products. Leads, plans and tracks all phases of the product life cycle, from inception to introduction into the marketplace. Coordinates with various functions to ensure successful product development and implementation.

This Role In Summary

Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team: Directly manage and mentor the Mechanical Structure Engineering team including direct reports located in India-GTEC, focusing on professional development, technical capability growth, and boosting team engagement.
Drive Project Delivery: Accountable for the successful, on-time execution of all new product introduction (NPI), cost, quality, must-win, and business-essential projects for both EPI and NPI categories for the NAR region. Ensure all projects meet established cost, quality, and performance targets using the Whirlpool Product Development (WPD) System.
