As a Java Developer, you will be responsible for the technical design and development of complex workflow solutions. Your expertise will focus Java technologies. You will collaborate closely with project leads, technical lead, managers, scrum teams, and other business and technical stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success.
What will you do
- Develop and Maintain Backend Services: Design and implement microservices and backend APIs using Java, Spring Boot, and Spring MVC.
- Database Management: Collaborate with database teams to design, develop, and maintain SQL-based solutions on DB2 and MSSQL.
- Microservices Architecture: Work on the development and deployment of microservices-based solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Integration: Integrate backend services with external systems, APIs, and databases, ensuring seamless communication across services.
- Collaborate with Front-end Developers: Work closely with front-end teams (if applicable) to integrate backend services with user-facing applications.
- Optimize Application Performance:



Monitor and optimize application performance, including database queries and response times.
- Code Quality and Testing: Ensure high-quality, maintainable code by writing unit tests, performing code reviews, and following coding best practices.
- Troubleshooting and Debugging: Analyze and resolve issues in production environments, improving the overall system s stability and performance.
- Documentation: Document the architecture, code, and processes to maintain transparent, effective, and concise records.
- Continuous Learning : Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends, tools, and methodologies related to Java development, Spring Boot, and microservices.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts and users to define project scope and technical assumptions.
