Dream11 is seeking a strategic Senior Manager - Product to lead our Creator Economy initiatives. If you have a solid background in product management, particularly within the creator economy at a high-growth B2C company, you'll be instrumental in defining and delivering products that empower our fantasy creators and align with business goals.
Your Role
- Identify and prioritize problems within the fantasy creator ecosystem , balancing trade-offs to align features with business goals.
- Set and track the right metrics for the product and use this information to make data-driven decisions .
- Continuously iterate and improve products based on customer feedback and market trends.
- Own the entire product development lifecycle from end to end.
- Align the working team and other stakeholders on the user problem and the product vision.

Qualifiers
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management .
- At least 2+ years of experience in the creator economy domain at a high-growth B2C company.

Skills
- Excellent communication skills .
- Robust data skills .
