- Recruit and hire new Financial Advisors (part time associates).
- Provide training, development, and motivation to the team.
- Drive motor insurance business through the recruited advisors.
Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum 1 to 4 years of experience in insurance sales (any channel).
- A Bachelor's degree or above.
