GrowthCraft signs MOUs with colleges to run tech training programs directly on campus. You're the person who gets those MOUs signed.

About GrowthCraft
GrowthCraft is an offline-first tech training platform bringing real cohort programs — MERN, Mobile Dev, UI/UX, DevOps — directly to engineering college campuses across Northeast India. We run 40-day mentor-led programs, manage placements, and track outcomes for every batch. We're based in Guwahati, Assam, and expanding fast.
We're a small, execution-focused team. You'll have ownership from Day 1.

What You'll Do
Cold call and visit TPOs, HODs, and placement cells across Guwahati — 20+ outreach contacts per week
Follow up on warm leads from our marketing campaigns and book campus visits
Pitch the GrowthCraft program, walk through the MOU, and close the deal in office
Build a pipeline of 5+ companies for hiring partner outreach alongside your college work




Update your lead tracker daily — every call, visit, and next action logged
Represent GrowthCraft at local tech events and college fests
What We're Looking For
1–3 years in field sales, B2B outreach, or institutional sales — EdTech experience a bonus, not required
Fluent in Assamese, Hindi, and English — you need to command a room
Comfortable visiting 3–5 campuses a week across Guwahati
Know Guwahati's college landscape? You'll move twice as fast
Freshers with exceptional communication and a demonstrable sales instinct are welcome to apply
Compensation
Model A — Base + Commission (Stable income with performance upside)
Base: ₹12,000–₹18,000/month
₹3,000–₹5,000 per college MOU signed
₹1,500 per hiring company formally onboarded
₹300 per confirmed student enrolled from your college accounts
Travel reimbursement: up to ₹2,000/month
Realistic monthly at target (3–4 MOUs/month): ₹22,000–₹40,000
