Role Description The Sales Engineer is a full-time, focused on driving sales of skilled audio-visual solutions while providing technical expertise. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting with prospective and existing clients, understanding their AV requirements, and proposing suitable technical solutions and product configurations. The Sales Engineer will prepare and deliver technical presentations, respond to RFPs, and collaborate with internal teams on solution design and pricing.



The role involves providing pre-sales and post-sales technical support, troubleshooting basic technical issues, and ensuring a smooth handover to installation and support teams. The Sales Engineer will maintain accurate sales documentation, contribute to forecasts, and build long-term customer relationships that support business growth.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills to design, present, and support AV solutions effectively.
Candidates should possess solid Sales and Customer Service skills to manage pipelines, close opportunities, and ensure positive client experiences.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Relevant experience in professional audio-visual, IT, or related technical fields is highly beneficial.
