This is a hands on technical MFT administration & support role, joining our global support team. The team works on administration, product installation / patching, consultations, support via rotating shifts, day to day support to operations ensuring that agreed service levels and project deliverables are met with the expected level of quality, whilst adhering to established global standards and best practices.
The role requires availability for shift pattern covering non-standard working hours as well as taking part in a rota for out of hours and weekend cover.
- Administer MFT infrastructure, activities include onboarding/demising partners, monitoring health of application servers, deploying applications on servers, performance tuning and troubleshooting.
- Meet the delivery standards as per the agreement that includes quality of deliverables, appropriate documentation.
- Participate in all technical tasks defined for the team.
- Participate in POCs and other technical initiatives.
- Be aware of the ongoing infrastructure issues and vigilant to avoid / minimize downtime of services.




- Understand business, environments, shared services to prioritize incidents.
- Track and resolve incidents per SLA.
- Apply performance monitoring / tuning methodologies to investigate issues.
- Support the security audit remediation and related testing
- Meet the delivery standards as per the agreement that includes quality of deliverables, documentation.
- Provide timely reports.
- Interact with application teams and other infrastructure teams.
- Work with regions for MIRs and SIPs.
- Identify operational risks and contribute to mitigate the same.
- Proactively identify problem situations, review the problems, engage associates to plan for investigation, and resolution.
- Own the resolution of problems in hand, demonstrate analytical and problem management skills to drive the resolution and prevent recurrence.
