Role Description The Sales Executive (Banking Domain) is a full time, on-site role based in Kochi. This role focuses on identifying and developing new business opportunities with banking and financial services clients, promoting Zeckho’s outsourcing and IT-enabled solutions.



Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts in line with company policies. The Sales Executive will collaborate with technical and operations teams to design tailored solutions, maintain strong client relationships, and achieve sales targets and revenue goals. The role also involves market research within the banking sector, monitoring competitor activities, and providing regular sales forecasts and performance reports.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in sales or business development, preferably in the banking or financial services domain.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels.
Knowledge of BPO, KPO, and IT-enabled services and how they apply to banking operations and customer service.
