Job Purpose
- Interior Design and other related works.

Key Responsibility Areas
- Monitoring the infrastructure viz. AC, Housekeeping, Electrical, Civil works - plumbing etc.
- Preparation of Floor plans with Sections and Elevations, ,3D view/model and blow-ups.
- Preparing Architecture working drawings, making structural calculation and preparing structural, mechanical and air conditioning drawings, specifications, Assisting in co-ordination with Consulting Engineers and other Consultants viz. Interior & Civil Works, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting, Lighting, Skylight/canopy etc. where necessary.
- Assisting in making detailed tender documents for the various trades .Scrutiny of tenders received, Making comparative statement for Procurement Committee Meetings and assisting with all relevant documents for Procurement Committee Meetings.
- Assisting in Preparing and placing the Work Orders . Making Office Note ,
