The digital communications team at Pan Macmillan is an eighteen-person team of experts covering the breadth of the digital marketing ecosphere. Your Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Website Analytics Executive to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing the reach and performance of our website by analysing content performance and user engagement, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing data-driven strategies to increase search engine and generative engine visibility, traffic, engagement and conversions.

Your Key Responsibilities

Analyse website performance: Evaluate performance data using tools including Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console and Peec.AI to understand content performance, user behaviour, channel value and to uncover areas for improvement.
Deliver data-driven recommendations: Identify opportunities for new editorial content and for optimising existing content, and make recommendations for current website features to enhance user exp
