About the Role

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and people-oriented Influencer Marketing Executive to join our marketing team in Navi Mumbai.

This is an exciting chance for both freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are passionate about social media, creators, and digital marketing.

You will work closely with influencers and content creators to identify the right talent, execute campaigns, manage collaborations, and track campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities
Research and identify relevant influencers and content creators based on campaign objectives, target audience, niche, platform, and engagement.
Build and maintain an influencer database across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant social channels.
Reach out to influencers and creators for potential brand collaborations.
Manage influencer communication throughout the campaign lifecycle.
Coordinate campaigns from briefing and negotiation to content creation,



approvals, posting, and reporting.
Share campaign briefs and ensure influencers clearly understand brand requirements and deliverables.
Coordinate with influencers to ensure content is delivered accurately and within agreed timelines.
Review influencer profiles and content to ensure alignment with the brand and target audience.
Track campaign performance, including reach, views, engagement, clicks, leads, conversions, and other relevant KPIs.
Analyze campaign results and identify opportunities to improve future campaigns.
Stay updated on emerging creators, social media trends, content formats, and influencer marketing best practices.
Build and maintain positive relationships with influencers and content creators.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for smooth campaign execution.
Maintain accurate records of influencer outreach, deliverables, campaign status, and performance.
