Role summary
This role is majority outreach: sending and following up on LinkedIn messages, cold emails and WhatsApp touches to support KSPL's account-based marketing (ABM) programmes for Foodiisoft and SpaceBee, working directly with the Growth Marketing Manager. The rest of the time goes into logging every one of those touches accurately, in Bigin CRM and in tracking sheets, so nothing gets missed or duplicated. You will work from templates, scripts and target lists that are already defined. This is an execution role, not a strategy role: you are not setting messaging or targeting direction on your own.
Suggested time split: roughly 70% outreach and follow-up, 30% CRM and sheet logging.

What you'll actually do
• Send LinkedIn connection requests, InMail and cold email sequences from approved templates, personalising within what the script allows
• Follow up on schedule: no dropped threads, no duplicate messages to the same contact
• Support WhatsApp outreach campaigns run through Interakt: sending, tagging and reply routing
• Log every message, reply and status change in Bigin CRM and the tracking sheet the same day it happens. This is the discipline that makes the outreach side work, not a separate task bolted on
• Build and maintain prospect lists in Apollo.io, following our existing blocklist and de-duplication rules
• Flag messages that aren't landing, or data problems, for review, not fix them unilaterally
