We're looking for a Senior Sales Executive who can take ownership of the sales process, consistently close deals, and help us build a repeatable revenue engine.

The Role
This is a hands-on, high-ownership sales role.
You will work directly with qualified prospects, understand their business challenges, conduct discovery calls and product demos, handle objections, negotiate commercials, and close deals.




You will also be expected to contribute to improving our sales process, messaging, qualification, follow-ups, and overall conversion rates.
We're looking for someone who doesn't simply wait for leads to be handed over. You should be comfortable taking initiative, identifying opportunities, following up relentlessly, and finding ways to move deals forward.

What You Will Own
Own qualified opportunities from discovery through closing.
Conduct discovery calls and understand customer business problems.
Run product demonstrations tailored to specific customer use cases.
Explain StepsAI's AI agents and business value in a simple, compelling manner.
Identify decision-makers and understand the buying process.
Handle objections around pricing, implementation, AI accuracy, integrations, ROI, and competition.
Prepare proposals and negotiate commercial terms.
Close monthly and annual SaaS subscriptions.
