Role Description The State Head (Vehicle Finance) is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar, responsible for leading and expanding the vehicle finance business across the assigned state. This role includes overseeing branch operations, driving sales growth, and managing a team to achieve disbursement, portfolio quality, and profitability targets. The State Head will monitor market trends, develop state-level strategies,



and ensure efficient implementation of vehicle finance products and policies. Daily tasks include reviewing financial performance, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines, coordinating with credit, collections, and operations teams, and maintaining robust relationships with dealers, partners, and key customers. The role also involves regular reporting to senior leadership, mentoring team members, and implementing process improvements to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
