Responsibilities
Master Scheduling: Develop, update, and monitor comprehensive project schedules (Primavera P6 / MS Project) for building and industrial projects.
PMC & Client Management: Act as the primary technical point of contact for Project Management Consultants (PMC) and clients, presenting progress reports, look-ahead plans, and mitigation strategies.
Progress Monitoring: Track daily/weekly/monthly site progress against baseline schedules,



identifying bottlenecks and implementing corrective actions.
Resource & Cost Control: Coordinate resource allocation (manpower, machinery, and materials) and monitor earned value management (EVM).
Qualifications
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Experience: 9+ years of relevant planning experience in Buildings and/or Industrial construction.
Required Skills
Software Skills: Hands-on expertise in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with proven experience dealing directly with demanding clients and PMC teams.
