About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Legal Manager to manage the legal, contractual, litigation and regulatory requirements of a leading healthcare organization. The role will work closely with senior management, business functions, external legal counsel and government authorities to ensure effective legal risk management and statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, vet and negotiate various commercial, healthcare and operational agreements.
Manage and monitor litigation and dispute resolution matters across courts,



tribunals and regulatory forums.
Coordinate with and manage external legal counsels on ongoing litigation and legal matters.
Maintain a comprehensive litigation tracker / legal MIS and provide regular updates to senior management.
Represent the organization before courts, tribunals, government authorities, police departments and other statutory forums, wherever required.
Provide legal advice to management and business teams on contractual, operational and regulatory matters.
Identify, assess and mitigate legal and contractual risks.
Handle medico-legal matters, including medical negligence, consumer cases and related disputes.
Ensure compliance with applicable healthcare, labour, statutory and regulatory requirements.
Support obtaining and maintaining relevant statutory licences and registrations, including healthcare-related licences.
Conduct title verification, document review and legal due diligence.
