About the Role
This is a key hire for Inqnest. As Paid Media Manager, you will own the strategy and hands-on execution of our clients' paid media programs across every major platform. You will not just plan; you will be in the accounts daily, building, optimising, and making the calls that move performance. You will work directly with leadership to shape strategy, and your decisions will directly shape client outcomes and our agency's reputation. We are looking for someone who treats every rupee of spend as their own.
What You Will Do
• Plan, launch, manage, and optimise paid campaigns end-to-end across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft (Bing) Ads, and Amazon Ads.
• Get hands-on daily: build campaigns, adjust bids and budgets, refine targeting, run A/B tests, and act on performance data yourself.
• Set up and manage tracking, including pixel integration, conversion tracking, and analytics across platforms.
• Own programmatic advertising strategy and execution.
• Partner with leadership to build media strategy, forecast, and set performance targets.




• Report on performance with clear insights and next-step recommendations.
• Manage budgets across multiple clients and ensure ROI and ROAS goals are met.
• Stay ahead of platform changes and bring new tactics to the table.
Must-Have Skills
• 6 to 8 years of hands-on paid media and performance marketing experience.
• Proven proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Bing Ads & amazon Ads.
• Robust command of pixel integration and analytics (Google Analytics / GA4 and platform-native reporting).
• Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM) integration on the browser.
• Programmatic advertising experience.
• Genuinely hands-on operator, comfortable being in the platforms making changes rather than only directing others.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into action.
• Ability to strategise collaboratively with leadership.
