Role Description The Junior 3D Generalist & Motion Graphics Artist is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. In this position, the team member will assist in creating 3D assets and motion graphics for digital media, marketing materials, and product demonstrations. Day-to-day responsibilities include modeling, texturing, lighting, rigging, and animating 3D elements, as well as collaborating with designers and developers to integrate visuals into videos and interactive content. The role involves following project briefs,



maintaining visual consistency with brand guidelines, and delivering assets within set timelines. The artist will also participate in reviews, implement feedback, and support senior artists in improving workflows and visual quality.
Qualifications

3D content creation skills, including proficiency in Blender for modeling and asset development.
Rigging and Animation skills for building and animating characters, props, and other 3D elements.
Lighting and Texturing skills to ensure visually appealing, realistic, or stylized renders as required.
Basic motion graphics skills and understanding of visual storytelling for digital and video content.
Solid attention to detail, creativity, and ability to follow artistic direction and project guidelines.
Ability to work on-site in Chennai, collaborate within a team, and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Familiarity with rendering engines
