Role Overview
We are looking for Sales Interns who are eager to gain hands-on experience across various stages of the customer lifecycle. The role will provide exposure to Customer Support, Sales Administration, Client Integration and Client Onboarding.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are interested in understanding how sales teams work with customers after acquisition and how businesses manage client relationships and operations.
Key Responsibilities
Depending on business requirements, the intern may be involved in:
Customer Support
Assist customers with basic queries and requests.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
Follow up with customers and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Sales Administration
Assist the sales team with day-to-day administrative activities.
Maintain and update customer and sales records.
Prepare reports,



trackers and other sales-related documentation.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders on sales-related requirements.
Client Integration
Assist in coordinating the integration process for new clients.
Follow up with clients and internal teams to ensure required information and documentation are received.
Track integration progress and highlight pending actions.
Support the team in ensuring smooth implementation.
Client Onboarding
Assist with onboarding new clients after successful acquisition.
Coordinate with clients to collect necessary information and documentation.
Help ensure that onboarding activities are completed within timelines.
Maintain onboarding trackers and provide regular status updates.
Required Skills
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Solid coordination and follow-up abilities.
Basic understanding of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
