Role Description As a Senior Graphic Designer at Reflect Branding, you will lead the creation of high-quality visual assets for brand identities, campaigns, and marketing materials. In this full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, you will develop concepts, design logos, refine brand systems, and create typography-driven layouts for digital and print channels. You will collaborate closely with strategists, copywriters, and other designers to ensure visual consistency across all client touchpoints.



Daily responsibilities include translating brand strategies into compelling graphics, presenting design directions to stakeholders, iterating based on feedback, and mentoring junior designers to uphold creative standards.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Graphic Design and Graphics, with the ability to translate ideas into explicit visual communication.
Demonstrated experience in Logo Design and Branding, including building cohesive brand identity systems.
Proficiency in Typography, with a keen eye for hierarchy, legibility, and stylistic alignment with brand tone.
Advanced skills in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma or similar tools).
Proven experience in a senior or lead design role, preferably within a branding or creative agency environment.
Strong portfolio showcasing brand identities, logo work, layout design, and integrated visual systems.
Ability to manage multiple project
