AI Ads & Creative Technologist:

About the Role
Someone who can build an ad and build the pipeline that makes it. You will own creative output end to end — concept, prompt, generation, compositing, delivery — using generative video tooling as the primary production method rather than a bolt-on effect. The right person has real production credentials, not just tool demos. They treat AI models the way a working professional treats gear: with a clear sense of what each one breaks on, and a plan for when it does.

What You'll Own Creative direction

Take a brand brief to a finished 15–90 second ad: concept, script, shot breakdown, generation, edit, finish. Build shot-level prompt architecture for AI video models, including character and product consistency, continuity across cuts, and style locking.

Handle work — captured footage combined with AI-generated elements, and fully synthetic sequences. Production pipeline Run and maintain a working generative stack:, Kling,Seedance, Higgsfield, Nano Banana Pro, Google Flow, Runway-class tools.



Diagnose model failure modes — moderation flags, dual-subject limitations, drift on brand assets — and design around them instead of re-rolling blindly. Finish and composite in After Effects: cleanup, grade, end cards, motion graphics, alpha-channel and codec delivery decisions.
Product & tooling Prototype internal tools that make the pipeline repeatable — prompt libraries, tracking dashboards, spec-driven generators. Write explicit technical specs and work alongside engineers, or ship it yourself with AI coding tools.
Client & stakeholder work Present concepts, defend creative choices, and manage brand feedback cycles directly. Scope timelines honestly, including where AI is fast and where it genuinely is not. Enablement Train internal teams and run workshops on AI production methods. Document what works so the process survives without you in the room.
